Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@voxtrot.net and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used unless they are defective.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where an item arrives damaged or an error was made in fulfillment.
